Shipping
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. I ship the next business day, excepting Sundays and holidays.
One or two bars of soap, or any order up to 13 oz (including packaging) will be sent via First Class Mail in padded mailers, wrapped in bubble wrap.
All other orders must be sent via Priority Mail. I try to use the most cost-effective shipping available and can fit up to 6 bars of soap into a flat rate shipping envelope for $4.95.
Larger and heavier items will be shipped in flat rate boxes, which run $10.35 and $11.95, depending on how big the box needs to be to hold all items.
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your package ships.
I do not routinely insure packages. If your order is large, you may wish to contact me about adding insurance to your order and I will revise your invoice to reflect this additional charge.
International orders are sent via First Class International mail for small orders. Larger and heavier orders will be shipped Priority Mail International. I use flat rate envelopes if at all possible, but please be aware that some items are fragile or too big to go into envelopes and must be boxed; these items will cost more to ship out of the US.
For international orders, any VAT, import or duty tax or other fee required by your country on an order shipped out of the US is the responsibility of the buyer. Please familiarize yourself with your country's import, custom and tax policies before ordering.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted only if I've sent you the wrong product. Refunds are sent only if your product never arrived and USPS delivery confirmation shows no delivery occurred.
If your order is received damaged in shipping please notify me immediately via email, seaspritesoaps@comcast.net. I want you to be happy with your order and will try to work with you to find an acceptable solution.
Additional Policies and FAQsI only use sustainable palm oil in my soaps, and fair trade shea butter. Whenever possible, I use phthalate-free fragrances.
Please note that I do not wholesale or sell on consignment.
